Without the net at home, but with it at work

My ISP has decided that they are unable to provide me with the internet, after 6 weeks of waiting... Im a little unhappy, but am still able to paint. So thats good. I managed to get a few pics taken of the Warhammer Giant that I am working on. But they are only taken with my crappy old iphone. so apologies for the lack of sharper image quality.

I am really happy with the painting progress on the giant. The trousers are coming along nicely. The blue patches on the trousers I have done up with a denim effect. Looks really good. :)

Let me know what you think. I have made some more progress on this since I took the pics. But havent got any new ones. Will get them posted when I take them. Not a minute sooner. :P

Still havent got the net back yet...

Well, I have moved into my new place and after much contemplation, have set up my workstation and have been doing a lot of painting. However my ISP has delayed my internet connection AGAIN!! due to "unforeseen" circumstances, maybe the guy that flicks the switch is still on Xmas break. So I am still waiting for my internet to be connected at the new place.

I have been doing a lot painting though, I had 10 days off over christmas and spent the break working on 1 project, which is a warhammer giant. Its a really great model and has been a lot of fun to paint. I have taken several progress shots while painting so once my internet is hooked up I will post a step by step. I have started working on some savage orcs that I started way back when I first started this blog, I bought another 10 so I will have a unit of 20. The annoying thing is that my painting has improved quite a bit since I started the other ones so the unit wont look the same. But I guess its sort of a before and after unit. :)

Okay, Ill post again when I get my internet back... next time with pictures. :)
